Using Earnly Arcade

Earnly Arcade provides casual arcade games, scores, XP, missions, achievements, leaderboards, and optional cloud-account features. You may play as a guest or create an optional account where available.

Plays and optional rewarded ads

Games may have daily play limits. When offered, optional rewarded ads can unlock additional plays. Watching an ad does not directly award Arcade Coins.

Arcade Coins, XP, and rewards

Arcade Coins and XP are in-app progress and reward points. Some game features may use Arcade Coins, such as an eligible Continue. In the current version Coins and XP are not cash, cryptocurrency, stored value, or a bank balance and cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or withdrawn. Future reward features, if introduced, may use separate eligibility rules, limits, rates, regions, and terms.

Accounts and cloud saves

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Earnly may store profile information, game progress, scores, Coin balances, and related cloud-save data for signed-in players. Cloud synchronization is designed to protect progress, but you should not intentionally manipulate local or cloud data to create duplicate rewards or false scores.

Leaderboards and fair play

Leaderboard usernames and profile icons must not be used to impersonate others, harass people, or display unlawful or abusive content. Automated cheating, score manipulation, exploiting bugs for rewards, or attempting to interfere with the service may result in scores being removed or access being limited.

Website Coin purchases

When website card purchases become available, the listed Coin amount and USD price are shown before checkout. Card entry is hosted by Stripe. Arcade Coins can be used for cosmetic items and extra plays; cash-out and real-value redemption are not available. You can also earn Coins through gameplay.

Contact support about an incorrect charge or missing Coins. A completed payment refund removes the corresponding purchased Coins. If those Coins were already used, the remaining adjustment is deducted from future purchased Coins. Applicable purchase rights still apply. Purchases do not increase lifetime earned Coins.

Availability and changes

Games, play limits, scoring, Arcade Coin formulas, missions, ads, cloud features, and other app features may be adjusted as Earnly Arcade is improved. Features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical problems, or service-provider outages.

Third-party services

Earnly Arcade relies on third-party hosting, authentication, cloud, and advertising services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. See the Earnly Arcade Privacy Policy for more information.

Account deletion

Signed-in players can permanently delete their Earnly account from Profile → Account & Data → Delete Account. Deletion removes the authentication account and associated server-stored profile, cloud save, Coin balance, and Coin ledger. Local guest progress may remain on the device unless it is reset separately.

Arcade Chat rules

Be kind and keep chat appropriate for the arcade. Do not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, scams, spam, impersonation, links, contact details, or other personal information. You must agree to these rules before sending messages. Chat is text-only and visible to signed-in players; there are no private messages or uploads.

Use the menu beside a message to report it or block its sender. Reports are stored for human review, and reported messages are hidden from you immediately. Basic automated filtering and sending limits do not catch every problem. Moderators may remove messages or suspend chat access. Chat is not continuously monitored. For urgent concerns or appeals, use Help & Support. You can delete your own messages and mute unread notifications in Chat settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use Earnly Arcade to violate applicable law, attack or disrupt the service, access another player’s account without permission, submit malicious code, or abuse reward, advertising, account, or leaderboard systems.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service

Earnly Arcade is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep gameplay and saved progress reliable, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Earnly Arcade changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you are using the service under the updated terms.
