Privacy Policy

Overview

Earnly Arcade is a casual arcade app. You can play as a guest without creating an account. Account sign-in is optional and is used for cloud backup and syncing progress between devices.

Arcade Chat

Chat is optional and requires a confirmed account. Messages, your public username, and your equipped avatar are visible to signed-in players. Do not post personal or sensitive information. We store messages and timestamps, chat-rule acceptance, notification preferences, blocks, and reports to operate and moderate the room. Recent chat shows up to 60 messages from the last seven days. Older messages and reports may remain stored for moderation; deleting your account removes your associated chat data. Blocking hides messages between the two accounts. Reports are private to the reporting player and moderators.

Information Earnly may collect

If you create or use an Earnly account, the app may process:

• Your email address and an account identifier used for authentication.
• Game and app progress such as Arcade Coins, XP, levels, scores, missions, achievements, streaks, play limits, and cloud-save information.
• Basic technical information needed to operate cloud synchronization, such as app version and a generated device identifier used by the app to distinguish cloud saves.

If you play as a guest, most game progress is stored locally on your device or browser.

Earnly also uses limited first-party usage and referral analytics to understand whether the arcade is working well. These events may include a randomly generated app/device identifier, the game or feature used, gameplay and score events, onboarding steps, account-signup stages, leaderboard/profile interactions, rewarded-play funnel events, and creator/referral campaign parameters included in an Earnly link. Signed-in World and coin-shop activity may also be linked to your account ID to count unique and returning players, room entries, connection problems, and purchase attempts. Only the owner can access aggregate reporting; no chat contents are collected for analytics. Verified coin-purchase totals use existing transaction records. The analytics event stream does not include your account email address or password. Before analytics events are stored, the generated device identifier is transformed into a one-way hash.

How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, restore and synchronize progress, maintain game balances and rewards, prevent conflicting cloud saves, troubleshoot problems, provide support, improve gameplay and onboarding, measure retention and optional rewarded-play flows, and understand which referral or creator campaigns bring people to Earnly.

Service providers

Earnly Arcade uses third-party hosting and backend services to operate the app and optional cloud features. The iOS app also uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. Google Mobile Ads may process information such as IP-derived general location, device identifiers, crash and performance information, advertising data, and app interaction data to deliver, measure, secure, and improve ads and related services.

Earnly Arcade requests non-personalized rewarded ads. iOS versions with the tracking-permission flow ask for App Tracking Transparency permission when you first choose to watch an ad. If you decline, the app can still request ads without access to the advertising identifier (IDFA), subject to your other privacy choices and ad availability. Where supported, open Privacy → Manage ad privacy choices in the app to review or change Google’s consent choices.

Arcade Coins and payments

Arcade Coins are currently in-app reward points. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, or stored value, and they cannot be redeemed, transferred, or withdrawn in this version. Any future reward program may have separate eligibility, rates, minimums, regional availability, and terms.

Data sharing and sale

Earnly Arcade does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the app, maintain cloud features, measure first-party product and referral performance, provide support, comply with law, or protect the service and its users.

Your choices

You can use Earnly Arcade without creating an account. Signed-in players can sign out or permanently delete their Earnly account from Profile → Account & Data. Account deletion removes the authentication account and associated server-stored profile, cloud save, Coin balance, and Coin ledger. Local game progress stored only on your device may remain as guest progress until you reset it separately.

Children

Earnly Arcade is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, contact support.

Security and retention

Reasonable measures are used to protect account and cloud-save information. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, support users, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Earnly Arcade changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
