Faction strengths & counters
Humans: Your existing troops and structures. Flexible production with no growth or power restrictions.
Veyra Brood: Grow unlock structures inside a Rootheart or Tendril node's growth zone. Recruit all creatures at a Rootheart; three can grow together. Brood capacity refills over time. Fighters move 12% faster with 10% less health and slowly heal after eight seconds out of combat. Fire deals 15% extra damage; ion attacks deal 10% less.
Auralith: Build inside a Heartstone or Resonator's power zone. Losing power stops production, research and defenses until a link returns. Fighters attack 8% harder, move 12% slower and have 7% less total durability. A quarter of durability is a shield that recharges after eight seconds out of combat. Brood acid deals 30% extra damage to shields.
Artillery and bombers use fire. Brood ranged attacks use acid; Auralith attacks use ion energy. Each race can field scouts, ground troops, healers, artillery, air defenses and aircraft. Starting resources, worker mining and unit prices are equal. Protect your workers, scout your opponent's buildings, and adapt your army.
How to play
New to strategy games? Start with Learn to play: collect crystals, build a factory, train troops, add troop space, then destroy a harmless practice base. There are no enemy attacks or time limit in the lesson. Miners spread across crystal patches and bring crystals home. Tap a patch to see its remaining reserve. Build another command base near a fresh field to shorten mining trips. Tap your command base to train more. Drag a building from Build onto the battlefield, or select its blueprint and drag on the map. Green means ready to build; red explains what must change. Release to place it, or press Cancel. Build a factory for Strikers. In Build → Troops & air, add an Assault bay for Raiders and Field medics, a Star hangar for aircraft, an Arsenal for Skyguards and advanced aircraft, or a Sky shield for air defense. A completed factory unlocks the hangar and Arsenal. A Tech core unlocks siege bots, weapons and armor research; combine it with an Arsenal for Storm cruisers. Interceptors fight air and ground; Bombers hit ground only. Skyguards, Strikers and Sentries can hit aircraft. Medics heal injured ground troops automatically when moving with your army; Move only prioritizes travel. Select any production building, press Rally, then tap where new units should go. Choose Easy for more preparation time, or Hard for earlier attacks. Select Army, then tap a destination to move and fight, or tap an enemy to focus fire. In Army controls, Select + lets you add or remove units by tapping them. Save three squads and recall them with Squad 1 / 2 / 3 (or keyboard 1 / 2 / 3; Shift saves). Tap a battle alert to jump to trouble. To group troops, press Box and drag a yellow rectangle, or double-tap and drag on a phone. Each completed Supply relay adds 12 troop slots: enough for 6 Strikers. It does not train troops or mine crystals. Units in the training queue reserve slots too. Tap Troop space to see how many slots are free and find the relay. With a mouse, drag to select, right-click to order, and right-drag to pan. Boxes select fighters first; box only Miners to select workers. Tap the minimap to send selected troops using Attack-move or Move only. Drag the minimap to look around; a minimap tap with no troops selected also moves the camera. Pink crystals yield more, but damage nearby units during their pulse. Destroy every enemy structure to win. Losing your main base does not end a melee battle while other structures survive. There is no forced time-limit draw; you can surrender with Quit.
